Abstract

Naproxen suffers from the general side effects of NSAIDs, owing to presence of free carboxylic acid group. The study aimed to retard the adverse effects of gastrointestinal origin. Ten prodrugs of Naproxen were synthesized by amidation with N-Substituted-2-chloroacetamide. Purified synthesized prodrugs were characterized by their M.P., TLC, IR, ¹H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The purity of the synthesized prodrugs was monitored by HPLC. Synthesized prodrugs were subjected to acute oral toxicity studies, anti-inflammatory activity and reduced ulcerogenic activity. Marked reduction of ulcerogenic activity and anti-inflammatory activities were obtained in all cases as compared to Naproxen. Among synthesized prodrugs, viz. A-5, A-6 and A-8 showed significant anti-inflammatory activity and A-2 and A-5 showed reduced ulcerogenic activity compared to Naproxen. In acute oral toxicity studies, all synthesized prodrugs were found to be non toxic at dose of 2000 mg/kg.

Abstract

Now-a-days there are lots of security issues in cloud computing based social networks. The main focus on security issues in cloud computing that are associated with Social networks. for  protecting a website there are using advanced security tool of eye scanner.  This system process of capture user eyes verified cloud database of authenticate person or not for example the scanner used for identification purpose of Aathar card. This system is a process of capture a person eyes inner color and layer size to be stored the cloud database.[1][19] In our project is based on this system methodologies process identified the person eye color and layer mismatched verification of cloud database is true or false. When the person login even every time our website in this process executed concurrently,[19] This system is an efficient than the traditional methodologies followed earlier.

Abstract

The data is the collection of information and to retrieve this information using searching tool. The records are retrieved based on ranking system with massive amount. The exact information will not be retrieved and more time is taken to view each and every records. To overcome this problem, keyword based searching is used. With the help of keyword search more number of records is reduced and retrieve the exact information in short time. For each and every search session key is created using Top-k algorithm. This session key is used for getting the same records for particular keyword instead of searching. The clustering algorithm is used for grouping the records.

Abstract

Video clustering is one of the important tasks in video data mining. We discuss about the different video clustering techniques using hierarchical clustering algorithms like CURE, BIRCH, and CHAMLEON. Set of video frames are clustered using the hierarchical clustering algorithms. As a result of comparison of results all the hierarchical algorithms offer good performance for some set of video files only. That is each clustering algorithm shows best clustering on particular video files only. It fails to forms best clusters of all type of video files. Hence we propose a hierarchical clustering algorithm that offers best clustering performance for all type of video files at any circumstances.

Abstract

The biometric recognition systems rely on a single biometric for authentication for a particular user. Unfortunately these systems having some inevitable problems such as Noisy data, Spoof attack, Non-universality etc and hence it is not used in online passport registration system. In order to rectify the noise in the image, a novel joint sparsity based feature level fusion algorithm is used for multimodal biometrics recognition. The multimodal multivariate sparse representation method for multimodal biometrics recognition to test the data by a sparse linear combination of training data. It compares the different modalities of the test subject with the templates stored in DB and recognize the user’s authentication, simultaneously take into an account correlations as well as coupling information between biometric modalities. The particular multivariate authentication can be used for online passport authentication using multiple biometric identification system. Here the finger, face and signature are considered as biometrics parameters. These biometric images can be used for authentication in online passport management system. Besides it secure environment of the passport system recognition.

Abstract

Objectives: This research paper focuses on design of a hierarchical clustering algorithm for efficient and effective organization of data for information retrieval. Method/Analysis: A classification tree is formed in COBWEB which indicates hierarchical clustering model. Findings: The proposed method utilizes less memory and worked well for all types of video files. Also this paper brings the comparison result of existing three types of video clustering algorithms BRICH, CURE, and CHAMELEON and their performances.

Abstract

Background/Objectives: To analyze the performance and find the challenges of routing in VANET. Findings: VANET protocols should be designed in such a way that a link should be established between the nodules in a nexus for efficient communication. Routing protocols are developed usually based on the two types of communication (i.e.) Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) communication and Vehicle to Infrastructures (V2I) irrespective of their environment. This paper gives a survey of about the various routing protocols in VANETs, their main characteristics and their pros and cons which help for the further enrichment of the same. Applications/Improvements: The results observed from this work will motivate to improve the issues in VANET and to enhance the routing protocols.

Abstract

Objective: A hybrid converter system gives a continuous power flow across load and designed for a high power and high voltage application. Methods: The proposed paper introduces a hybrid Cuk-SWISS converter system for photovoltaic and AC-grid interface system. The aim of hybrid converter topology is to generate a high voltage and power generation for applying industrial high power application. Photovoltaic system is used as secondary power source of the proposed hybrid converter whereas, the primary power sources are applied through AC-grid power supply. Findings: Cuk converter system is used to integrate photovoltaic power to hybrid scheme, whereas SWISS Converter is integrated for AC-grid power to hybrid converter scheme. Those two converter are connected internally for purpose of reducing reverse recovery problem and to provide same and simultaneous power supply regulation across the load. Power factor correction and control of grid current is drawn by SWISS converter whereas leading of current regulation and high voltage generation using low range of passive elements is drawn by Cuk converter. The performance of high voltage and high power conversion is verified using MATLAB/Simulink Results. Improvement: Proposed Hybrid converter system is an integrated form of AC/DC-DC conversion topology which helps in controlling the load current and improves voltage over single converter topology.

Abstract

Plants are the richest source of traditional medicines in treatment against many diseases. Many of the plant materials wasted are the reservoir of phytochemicals possessing important biological activities. In this present study, the extracts of Punica granatum peel and Vitis vinifera a seeds were evaluated in rats against (diethylnitrosamine) DEN induced hepatocellular carcinoma for assessing the hepatoprotective potential. Rats were divided into four groups. The first group served as normal control group, the second group received DEN at a dose of 200 mg/kg body weight by Single intraperitoneal administration. The third one received DEN as in DEN-treated group and co-treated with 400 mg/kg Punica granatum peel extract (EPGP). The final group also received DEN and co-treated with 400 mg/kg Vitis vinifera seeds extract (EVVS). DEN administration to rats resulted in significantly elevated levels of serum AFP, bilirubin, triglycerides, cholesterol and urea. The levels of plasma total protein, albumin and blood glucose were significantly decreased in DEN treated rats. No significant changes were noted in creatinine levels of DEN induced rats. Co-treatment with the Punica granatum peel and Vitis vinifera seed extracts orally for 12 weeks significantly reversed the DEN induced alterations of above mentioned parameters in the serum. The present study indicates that both the selected extracts exhibits good hepato protectivity against DEN induced hepatocellular damage in rats.

Abstract

Cloud computing has emerged as a powerful paradigm for resource allocation due to its scalability and flexibility. Efficient resource allocation is critical for optimizing the performance and utilization of cloud resources. In this context, swarm intelligence optimization algorithms, such as Salp Swarm Optimization (SSO), have shown promising results in solving complex optimization problems. This paper presents a novel approach that utilizes SSO for resource allocation in cloud computing environments. The proposed approach aims to maximize resource utilization, minimize response time, and improve overall system performance. The SSO algorithm is used to dynamically allocate virtual machines (VMs) to physical hosts based on their resource demands and availability. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach outperforms existing methods in terms of resource utilization and response time, thereby enhancing the efficiency of cloud computing environments.
